string freeze for bluefish 2.2.3

we started the string freeze for bluefish 2.2.3, I plan to release in
two or three weeks.

unfortunately 2 files were missing for translation.

most of the 11 missing translations are present in HTML Bluefish 2.2.2

true, some strings were copied from the core to the htmlbar plugin.

is there a way to copy the translations from one po file to the other?

I'll do that this afternoon. Result in upcoming wiki page: bf-2.2.3 translation comments.

Decidedly... except in fr.po, (I certainly removed the obsolete messages),
the messages are at the end of file, after :
#~ msgid "<b>HTML Toolbar</b>"
