Unfortunately my private email was down too.

Status: I'm waiting for the site admin to return from work abroad.
Relocation is high on my todo-list.

Christian sent me a message that he is currently unable to fix the wiki
in short time, but he's going to relocate the wiki soon to a more
reliable location.
