Disable interface language selection on MacOSX since it uses system locale setting.

Not everybody wants Bluefish in their system locale, so I'm not sure if
we should remove this setting. I think the default is 'auto', right?

Well, it is only for MacOSX. Other builds will not be affected. The 2.2.4 build for MacOSX had this setting not working anyway and only causing confusion. Actually I filled bug on bugzilla... https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=697411

ok, if the setting is not working it makes sense to remove it. Any
chance we can get it working?

I havent seen any MacOSX program that would allow to change interface language. As You know MacOSX has single menu bar for all programs, so it is not possible make different language for one of the programs without affecting others... I do not think this will change in foreseeable future.
