Updated MacOSX build

Hi all,
I updated MacOSX build to latest svn revision and fixed some gtk+ related issues:
1. Added native Mac IME - typing in Japanese or Chinese should be much easier now.
2. More global Mac shortcuts now are working (but not all yet), like Cmd+m or Cmd+`.

should we upload this as 2.2.5beta2 binary to the bluefish download site?

Sure, we can do this. I just want to add, that this version will work for 10.7 OSX version or higher.
