bluefish 2.2.5 beta 1 available for download

Hi all,

since the current svn seems to be pretty stable now, I created a beta1
tarball so more people test it.

Hi Olivier,

there is a missing prototype for function 'insert_if_spin'
in the htmlbar plugin. Patch attached.

Today I have enhanced mod_autoindex.so of Apache to load some
css. We have an enhanced icon list for possible mime types too...

...as the result the directory listing has better style and
functionality once again after the update done from Apache 2.2.* up to
2.4.* within April 2013.
