trying to convert dtd to bflang2

Hi all,

Daniel suggested we should try to build a dtd to bflang2 converter.

My first try in python works for simple dtd's, but it fails with nested
entities. Anybody an idea how to improve this?

attached python scripts can parse a relax-ng file and create a bflang2
file. It cannot handle files that include other files (yet). So this is
work in progress.
