Mac OSX 10.8.5 Bluefish 2.2.3 printing bug, 2.2.5 won't open

Hi Andrius,

If you get some time can you look at Bug 724558 - can't print out of
bluefish. The bug is against 2.2.3. I had him try 2.2.5 and he says it
will not even open on OSX 10.8.5.

Hi Jim,
it is printing on my system to network printer. Probably we need some extra clarifications, I will reply on bugzilla.
